Wanted Lefton Eagle Figurine

My husband was given a Lefton figurine when he was promoted in the Coast Guard. It is of a eagle with his wings spread and there is a small splash of water at the eagles feet. One of my son's friends broke this and I am trying to replace it for my husband. Anyone know the name of this particular piece or better yet where I can get another one. It was originally purchased at the Navy Base in San Diego, CA. Thank you for your help!
