Looking For Black/white Cat (porcelain)

I am looking to buy a black and white cat - striped - laying down - there are holes where the eyes are. If anyone has one or has any info on who mfg it, I would appreciate it. My familly had it for app. 40 years - I believe it originally came from Tiffany & Co. but they didn't make it - it is probably porcelain. THanks
